497e39180f The rotten are walking the streets of Denmark &quot;Zombiehagen&quot; is a Danish 23.5-minute live action short film from 2014 that was written and directed by Jonas Ussing back in 2014, so two more years until this one will have its 5th anniversary. He has had quite a decent careeran effects artist including an Emmy nomination and with this brief movie here he shows us that he also has it when it comes to being the man in charge. The cast includes exclusively Danish actors, including the zombies, I think and maybe it is a mix of their performances and the script that in the first half there are some moments when the film drags a bit, but the best moments of this film still make up for it I guess. The shower scene at the very end was actually really good and unexpected and was also the positive deal-breaker why I give this film a 3 stars out of 5 and not a 2 and I give it a recommendation also, especially if you like zombie-themed movies. I think the film&#39;s biggest strength is probably that it manages to give a good general overview of the situationwelltelling a decent story about individual characters. So it is a recommendation, but a cautious one and I think you only really must watch it if you love the likes of &quot;The Walking Dead&quot;. The make-up is fabulous!! <br/><br/>Even if it&#39;s only 25 minutes long it affected me so much that I dreamed about it for several days.<br/><br/>I live in Copenhagen - where it takes place - and seeing well-known places transformed into a post-apocalyptic city is really frightening.<br/><br/>Knowing the very small budget of the film I&#39;m really impressed by what Jonas Ussing and his voluntary crew have accomplished. The digital work done after the actual filming creates a totally convincing world of despair and horror.<br/><br/>I sincerely hope to see more from Ussing. This start is very promising.
